BUILD WORK
Design, development, meetings, testing, and launch work. After our first call, I estimate the hours and put the scope in writing.
WEBSITE CARE
For sites I build and manage. This keeps the technical foundation cared for without turning every small change into a new decision.
DEPOSIT Your place on the calendar
The project deposit is due after you approve the written scope. It reserves your start date and is credited against the final build invoice—not added on top.
Small text or image swaps, routine dependency updates, monitoring, deployment help, and minor fixes to existing behavior.
New pages, new features, redesigns, integrations, significant content entry, rush work, and anything outside the original site scope.
Unused monthly update time does not roll over. Third-party costs such as domain registration, paid services, transaction fees, or premium assets are billed separately with your approval.
